Quel magnifique! We are delighted to announce our new cooking school, L'Atelier de 8½. Join us and Chef Franck Deletrain, who hails from Paris, as we whisk, toss, sauté, and glaze our way through the dishes that make French food so delicieux. After we master the classics, we'll sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labor for lunch, with a selection of French wines.

Class sizes are limited to 12 so we have a fun, educational hands-on workshop.

Franck Deletrain is the Executive Chef of Brasserie 8 1/2 in Midtown Manhattan. Introducing a menu of authentic French dishes, Deletrain also showcases a collection of re-imagined renditions of classic dishes. He previously worked at The Sea Grill, Four Seasons, Patroon, Tropica, and Cafe Centro.
