We are delighted to launch the second year of our popular cooking series, L'Atelier de 8 1/2! 

Chef Franck Deletrain has new themed cooking classes for 2018, including a menu devoted to lobster, our favorite crustacean. Another samples techniques inspired by his growing up in Italy and cooking with his grandparents!

After we master the classics, we'll sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labor for lunch, with a selection of French wines.

Class sizes are limited to 12 so we have a fun, educational, hands-on workshop.
