Chef Ryan's deserved acclaim comes from his unique take on Craft BBQ - his being a melding of traditional Texas technique with South Indian flavors. And now, guests get to experience Chef Ryan's mastery in an exclusive format: a cocktail hour paired with barbecue-inspired bites, followed by a multi-course seated dinner featuring plated "Tex-ish" favorites with an elevated twist complemented by a rotation of family-style sides and specialty condiments. The best part? Ryan is bringing his smoker to the courtyard so guests will be immersed in all the live cooking action as they dine.
