Great culinary takes a community! Buffalo's best producers and purveyors were celebrated with a special reunion from former guest chefs. Chef Evan Wargo's exquisitely curated four-course dinner menu, featuring dishes inspired by Erba Verde Farm, Maple Row Wagyu, Flat #12 Mushrooms, Rooted Locally, and Buffalo Cheese Traders. The night was an unforgettable celebration of community, showcasing the heart of the most memorable meals with the finest local ingredients from farm to plate.
