Get ready for the ultimate culinary and cultural experience at Patina 250's next installment of the Guest Chef Series! This time, we're bringing you a four-course plant-forward menu inspired by the four elements of hip-hop. Chef Alexa Wajed and resident Chef Evan Wargo have teamed up to create a menu that not only celebrates the flavors of hip-hop culture, but also incorporates heirloom vegetables and minimizes food waste by creatively using all parts of the ingredients.
