A working herb garden, rustic décor, a wood-burning pizza oven, and a beautiful outdoor patio are just part of what makes Panevino a special place to eat. Caputo flour imported from Italy, San Marzano tomatoes, handmade Fior di Latte mozzarella, and water from a local spring just like the ones in Italy's Campania region make our pizza as authentic and delicious as the incredible pies found in Naples. This northern NJ hotspot also offers savory pastas, succulent seafood, delicious salads, exciting antipasti and much more. Our two outdoor bocce ball courts are also a great way to have fun in the sun!

Tony Guglielmelli
Executive Chef - Panevino
Sure, it helps that there are bocce courts, herb gardens, and a welcoming family atmosphere, but it's chef Tony Guglielmelli's rustic Italian dishes that transport diners at Panevino Ristorante straight to Italy. Chef Guglielmelli's respect for ingredients and passion for Italian cooking began at an early age. Born to Italian-American parents, he was introduced to cooking at the age of 8, when he was recruited to help make the family's enormous Sunday dinners. He continued to serve this treasured fare when he secured a position at the Embassy Suites Hotel's restaurant, managed by Restaurant Associates, where Italian food reigns supreme. Guglielmelli has remained with the Restaurant Associates family, helping to open Naples 45. After the success of the opening, the company offered him the executive chef position at Panevino Ristorante. Come in for a taste of his delicious, hearty dishes, and discover why the neighborhood has warmed up to this young chef's wonderful food.
