Morimoto Asia

Morimoto Asia is our first collaboration with Japanese Master Chef Masaharu Morimoto, one of the most inventive culinarians in Asian cuisine. This pan-Asian destination includes mouth-watering traditions such as Peking duck carving and dim sum. Morimoto Asia’s 36-foot tall, two-story layout includes lounges, private dining spaces and a glass-encased kitchen that gives guests a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the culinary action, or “food theater,” as we like to call it. The second-level sushi bar and lounge have a separate entrance.
