The island of Sicily has been a cultural melting pot for centuries, shaping a distinctive culinary signature that is all its own.

This month, I invite you to experience the best of Sicilian cuisine, including arancini to start, a traditional Sicilian pasta, a seafood stew from the coastal city of Trapani, and the world-famous Sicilian dessert, cannoli. We will also have Italian wine pairings available for you to enjoy with your four-course dinner.

I will visit your table to explain my menu inspiration and answer any questions. I look forward to welcoming you on Tuesday, March 28th.
