By using the Patina Restaurant Group site you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Complimentary Cards are issued by Patina Restaurant Group under certain circumstances only, including with certain Gift Card offers and purchases. If you are entitled to receive a Complimentary Card in conjunction with a Gift Card purchase, the Complimentary Card will be mailed along with the purchased Gift Card(s). Each time you use the Complimentary Card, we'll deduct that amount from the balance until you've used the full balance of the card. (1) Except where required by law, the card is not redeemable for cash in our restaurants. (2) We can't replace it if it's lost or stolen. (3) It may also be used at Patina Restaurant Group participating locations. (4) Patina Restaurant Group approval required to advertise this card. (5) Valid in U.S. only
