Chris DeLuna is a veteran of many highly regarded kitchens including Tropica Bar and Seafood House, where he led as Executive Chef, The Helmsley Park Lane Hotel, four star restaurant Les Celebrités with Christian Delouvier, as well as the Taliesin in The Millenium Hilton. In 1996, DeLuna enjoyed a stint at Union Square Café where he had the chance to assist acclaimed Chef Michael Romano. For years, his frequent trips to the farmers’ markets have given him an appreciation for the social benefits of locally grown, organic produce. Today he relies on his classic cooking techniques while serving fresh, traditional Italian fare and New York City’s best pizza at Naples 45.
