Stephen Rosenbluth Executive Chef - Nick & Stef's Steakhouse Born and raised in New York, Chef Stephen Rosenbluth blends American style with European sensibility. Rosenbluth’s Yugoslavian grandmother exposed him to the wonders of the kitchen at a very young age, so it’s no surprise that he has worked alongside top chefs in restaurant around the world. Rosenbluth began his professional career at Naples 25 in Manhasset and then made the move to Switzerland to work in the busy Aarauerhof. Upon his return to the U.S. he worked at the legendary Brasserie under Chef and mentor Luc Dimnet. He then worked at Naples 45 before becoming Executive Chef at Nick & Stef's Steakhouse in late 2007. Rosenbluth's technique and style relies on fresh ingredients and creativity. An advocate for steaks sized for two, Rosenbluth's favorite cut to work with is the bone-in rib eye for its flavor and elegant marbling. |
