LUCIO BEDON Executive Chef - Zucca Ristorante Chef Lucio Bedon was born and raised in Northern Italy where good food is more than a passion. It is, quite simply, a way of life. He grew up in the kitchens of his family's restaurants and entered the Dante Alighieri School of Culinary Arts at the age of 17. He trained under some of Italy's most highly acclaimed chefs and by the age of 23 was the chef at Michelin-starred Casa Bianca in Sardinia, Italy. Chef Bedon has worked all over the world, from Germany to Japan; each destination further expanding his culinary expertise. At Zucca Ristorante, Chef Bedon focuses on creating rustic Italian cuisine using fresh seasonal ingredients - always with an innovative flair. |
