Join us at lunch and dinner at Naples 45 to celebrate National Lasagna Day on July 29th. As a classic pasta shape and the base of the eponymous Italian dish, lasagna originated in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. The definitive preparation layers the long rectangular pasta with traditional Bolognese and besciamella (Italian white sauce). We will be offering three versions of lasagna including the classic preparation described above, a Lasagna Bianca without marinara or meat sauce and a rustic version with potatoes, kale, sausage, besciamella and fonduta.

Every weekday, from 5pm – 7pm, enjoy complimentary slices of our authentic margherita pizza at the bar. These exceptional Neapolitan pies are best enjoyed with cold Peroni drafts or a bright glass of chianti. Better yet, pair the margherita pie with a margarita cocktail. Margarita di Italianas, made with grappa, limoncello and fresh lime juice, are only $7 during Due Ore.

Stephen Rosenbluth
Executive Chef - Naples 45

Born and raised in New York, Chef Stephen Rosenbluth blends an American style with a European sensibility. He learned his culinary technique from his Yugoslavian grandmother at a young age and then honed his craft alongside top chefs in restaurant kitchens around the world. Rosenbluth began his professional career at Naples 25 in Manhasset and then moved to Switzerland to work at the busy Aarauerhof. Upon his return to the U.S. he worked at the legendary Brasserie, under Chef Luc Dimnet, whom he credits as being a mentor. In 2007, Rosenbluth became Executive Chef at Nick & Stef’s Steakhouse combining seasonal ingredients with Asian accents to complement the restaurant’s signature, dry-aged certified black angus steaks. Today, Rosenbluth is proud to return to an award-winning Italian restaurant (similar to where he began his professional career) as Executive Chef of Naples 45 masterfully crafting authentic Neapolitan pizza and regional Southern Italian specialties.
