Born and raised in New York, Chef Stephen Rosenbluth blends an American style with a European sensibility. He learned his culinary technique from his Yugoslavian grandmother at a young age and then honed his craft alongside top chefs in restaurant kitchens around the world. Rosenbluth began his professional career at Naples 25 in Manhasset and then moved to Switzerland to work at the busy Aarauerhof. Upon his return to the U.S. he worked at the legendary Brasserie, under Chef Luc Dimnet, whom he credits as being a mentor. In 2007, Rosenbluth became Executive Chef at Nick & Stef’s Steakhouse combining seasonal ingredients with Asian accents to complement the restaurant’s signature, dry-aged certified black angus steaks. Today, Rosenbluth is proud to return to an award-winning Italian restaurant (similar to where he began his professional career) as Executive Chef of Naples 45 masterfully crafting authentic Neapolitan pizza and regional Southern Italian specialties.
