Brian Kiepler Executive Chef - Nick & Stef's Steakhouse Brian Kiepler joined Patina Restaurant Group at the age of 19. Under the tutelage of Bret Thompson and Octavio Becerra, he rose through the ranks, quickly becoming sous chef at Pinot Bistro. After nearly four years at Pinot Bistro, Brian transferred to Nick & Stef's Steakhouse and was soon made Executive Chef for Pentimento and Patina Catering at LACMA. Brian returned to Nick & Stef's as Executive Chef and has greatly contributed to its success. |
