Jeff Raider Executive Chef - The Grand Tier A native of the Hudson Valley region, Jeff Raider's background includes time as Executive Chef at One Restaurant in Irvington, New York, at Valley Restaurant at The Garrison Resort, and The Sea Grill, where he developed a passion and expertise for seafood. He has received triumphant reviews from publications such as The New York Times, Esquire Magazine and Wine Spectator. The opening of the Metropolitan Opera for the fall 2008 season premiered a new menu created by renowned Italian chef Umberto Montano, with whom Raider has worked closely. After traveling to Florence to study Montano's style and method, Raider has been able to successfully execute Montano’s vision while adding his own unique touches. |
