Executive Chef - Pinot Brasserie
Inspired at a young age by the first TV chef, Raymond Oliver, Eric Lhuillier was working in a Michelin two star restaurant by the time he turned 16. A classically trained French chef, Lhuillier worked in a number of highly-acclaimed kitchens in France before falling in love with surfing and the California lifestyle. Since then, he has not strayed far from the coastline, working in resort restaurants from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara and now Las Vegas. Lhuillier has been with Patina Restaurant Group since 2002, bringing his classic French techniques to a number of our kitchens, including Patina and Pinot Brasserie. His menu is focused on classic French cuisine, from pommes frites to braised lamb.
