Celebrate the weekend with Stella 34's new Italian-inspired a la carte brunch featuring Bombolini (brioche doughnuts filled with vanilla cream), Postumi Pizza (“hangover pizza,” sausage, sunny-side up egg, mozzarella, pecorino), The Foie-ffle (foie gras waffle, housemade duck sausage, maple-sherry gastrique), and Elderflower Mimosas (prosecco, st. germain, blood orange). With sixth-floor views of the Empire State building and three wood-burning ovens, Stella 34 Trattoria is a modern Italian trattoria and the dining star of Macy's flagship store.
Executive Chef Jarett Appell offers Neapolitan pizza from wood-burning ovens with fior di latte mozzarella, Caputo flour imported from Naples, San Marzano tomatoes from the foothills of Mount Vesuvius and water meticulously sourced from local wells to match the pH and mineral balance of the natural spring water in Naples. The menu showcases al forno entrées, house-made pasta, fresh salads, "piccoli piatti" – signature Italian antipasti designed for sharing – and an all-Italian wine list of more than 100 bottles.
The restaurant also features a Cibi Ronda, an Italian take-away counter, where busy shoppers can pick up fresh salads, authentic panini, focaccia, coffee and Italian treats.
Stella 34 Trattoria is also the New York home to Italy's finest gelateria, Vivoli. After over 80 years of delighting customers in Italy, Stella 34 Trattoria is their first-ever location outside of Florence. Famed for their crema and rotation of seasonal flavors, Vivoli remains dedicated to creating pure gelati and sorbetti with fresh, high quality ingredients and family crafted recipes.
