Who We Are
The Patina Restaurant Group is a company that combines two outstanding organizations: the public restaurants of Restaurant Associates in New York and the Patina Group in California. The company was established as Restaurants Associates /Patina in 1999 under the leadership of CEO Nick Valenti.
In 2006 Valenti and his partner Patina Group Founder Joachim Splichal bought the company and named it the Patina Restaurant Group. The Shidax Corporation of Japan is also an investor. The Patina Restaurant Group is the leading multi- concept operator in the premium segments of the restaurant and food service industries with over 50 locations in California, New York and Las Vegas.
